This is your last chance to register for Lund Family Center’s Mother’s Day Ride on May 9, 2010, 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. We have secured 71% of our fundraising goal.  Please help us reach 100% of our target! Why not celebrate Mother’s Day by enjoying a scenic ride in Vermont as part of your spring training?  Some reasons to ride…

I did the 55-miler last year around Kingsland Bay, and it was by far the best organized Charity Ride ever — I plan to do it again on May 9 and hope you’ll join me. Great cause, great fun.”                                      -Spencer Knapp

“I began volunteering at Lund Family Center in June 2009. Lund Family Center assisted one of my family members when she had nowhere else to turn. They were a huge part in ensuring her children would grow up in a secure, stable home. For that, I am forever thankful.”                             -Sara

“I look forward to completing the 55-mile ride (AGAIN).  I am riding in memory of my mother, Kathleen Heins, and Athena Sophocles who passed away December 16, 2009 .”                                       -Jamie

Register today  and join more than 200 people for a perfect Mother’s Day celebration!  Walk-up registration will be open on Saturday, May 8th from noon to 4 p.m. and Saturday starting at 7 a.m. at Rice High School.  Donations for the Mother’s Day Ride will accepted through June 28th, 2010.
