This year, Lund is expanding its Holiday Giving program to meet children’s and families’ needs at the holidays and throughout the year.

“Our families are in need of essential items throughout the year, not just around the holidays. This year, we are hoping to receive enough items so that our families have gifts to open during the holidays, but also so that we can continue to support them throughout the year,” said Barbara Rachelson, Executive Director of Lund, “We are extremely grateful for the outpouring of community support for the women, children and families that Lund serves.”

Lund is requesting the public’s help and asking people to donate new items only. Your support could mean a great holiday season for many children and families. Without your help, some children may not receive any gifts for the holidays.

For health reasons, we can only accept new, unwrapped gifts.

Gifts may be dropped off at Lund, located at 50 Joy Drive, South Burlington, from 8:00am to 5:00pm on the following days:

  • Friday, November 30
  • Wednesday, December 5
  • Friday, December 7
  • Wednesday, December 12

Or at Starbucks on Church Street beginning November 15th.

We will be sending out weekly stories of the families that you are helping to support every Friday through December starting November 9th. If you’d like to be added to this email list, or would like more information about the program, please contact Amy Cronin at or by calling 802.448.3617.
